Better than coriander, this lesser known mexican herb packs more a punch with an added mix of lemon and anise. used to flavour meat dishes, this tender perennial (it is lightly frost tolerant) will return every year to grace beans and meat and cheese once again. Easy germination and fast growth are part and parcel for pipicha.
