Chilli Pepper (Capsicum chinense) Biquinho Yellow

This delightul little pepper comes to us from Brazil, where it is known as the little beak pepper. A variety that, you guessed it, matures to a sunshine yellow instead of red. It has almost no heat associated with it even though it is part of the same species as the Habanero! Sweet, tangy drops from the Amazon, who could argue with that?
